when i come to this school, i told to myself: this my near future, all starts here. following i will learn to become a man, a integrated man, who has a fine body, can take on important task, has independent thought, an open mind, intensive thought, has the ability to judge right and wrong, has a perfect job.

once my teacher said : you are not sewing, you are stylist; never forget which you should lay out to people is your thought, not craft. i will put my personality with my interest and ability into my study, during these process i will combine learning with doing. if i can achieve this future, i think that i really grow up. and i deeply believe kindred, good-fellowship and love will perfection and happy in the future.

          Good morning everyone

It's a great honor for me to stand here to deliver a speech to you. Then today I want to talk something about dreams and reality.

As the famous Russian litterateur Lev Tolstoy (列夫、托爾斯泰)said, “Ideal is the beacon(煙火、燈塔). Without ideal, there is no secure (無慮的, 安全的, 安心的', 可靠的, 保險(xiǎn)的)direction; without a direction, there is no life.” So there’s no doubt that everyone needs his or her own ideal. Have you ever thought that what is practical and sensible(.明智的, 有感覺的, 明理的) will connect with our most treasured dreams? Maybe, to somebody, reality has little relation to ideal. To others nothing can be done without the sense of reality. So make our dreams a part of our reality. And make our reality a part of our dreams. There is no reason why our dreams must oppose our reality. Improve our dreams and our reality by bringing them together.

As a university student, establishing a dream is one of the most important things we have to do .But everyone must see the reality clearly at first. Your family condition, your personal ability, your social intercourse (交往、交流), your subject and the job you want to do, these things show you the reality and lead you to establish a dream.

Further more, difficult or otherwise, we should put the power of reality into our dreams. Last but not least remember to work hard at the task of chasing 追逐our dreams. Do believe that we can achieve our ideal step by step by the passage of time!

In the end, I want to share with you a poetry named " I think I can".

Maybe you can not understand the meaning of the poetry , But do not be worried ,Let me tell you the meaning

          Thank you for your listening!

I Agree or not agree: the next twenty years from now on, students will not use printed books any more.

I don't think so. printed books won't be abandoned in such a short time. I admit that new technology is developing fast. Many advanced electronic products are gradually take the place of traditional tools. Just like in university, teachers like to use multimedia in class for it is quite convenient and efficient. However, for our student, it is not realistic to study completely by electronic products.

There are many things need to recorded on books. Books are something meaningful and practical. I should say, in our country, printed books wouldn't be abandoned within 20 years at least for two reasons. Firstly, books are classical container of knowledge. They accompany human to advance.

A student without books could be someway ridiculous. Secondly, our country haven't developed so strong to make every student study by computer or other forms of electronic tools. And even after 20 years, the possibility is also very small. I also think it is unnecessary because books are cheap but useful and still meaningful.

Good morning, everyone.I'm so happy to give my own speech here today.

Once in a while,i'd think back on the things of past one year.Lucky and excited,i was admitted into this school which is the best high school in our city.I thought it could give me great stimulation to achieve the dream in my heart. However, when i was on the point of facing difficulties,i seemed so weak on the way to success.I gradully lost interest in studying. The stimulation had gotten out of my system and wasn't in control of my mental.I began being absent-minded in most of classes.Playing cellphone became my foolish fault. Finally i delayed my studies. How could i account for my low scores? The answer might be:I was wrong all the way.

But now it's a new start for me.I've made up my mind to be on the right way.I must attach study to me and my future. In a way,i want to apologize to many people who think highly of me for my fault. From now on,i'll never hesitate to strive for my future, although many things may add to my laziness.

I ain't gonna be just a face in the crowd, you're gonna hear my voice when i shout it out aloud.I hope that not only me,but also everyone sitting here can study hard to strive for our futures.Cheer up!Let's whoop lyrically:We are the champions

Right now it's my whoop, can you hear me?

OK.So much for this.Much to my joy, you're listening to my speech.

          That's all,thank you!

As the song goes “ My hope isn’t a dream .” I love the song which brings me confidence when singing it every time . I believe that all our dreams can come true if we have courage to pursue them .When I was young my father always asked me what I would be in the future . Sometimes I found it very hard to give a certain reply . “ I want to be a doctor .” “ I want to be a teacher .” and “ I ’d like to be a scientist !” Many of these answers are perhaps very childish and ridiculous . But I never think they are far away .

How time flies! Who is able to give a definition to his future ? I know clearly that those high buildings are based on solid foundation . As a student , I should have a reasonable aim , and study hard . My goal is to enter the best university for further study after middle school . I know it’s hard work , and I ’ll come across many difficulties and frustrations . But no matter what they are , I’ll keep working on it and never give up . My teacher says there ’s only one kind of people that are truly successful : those who are brave enough to put up with hardships . Even if I won’t achieve the goal , I have no regrets for what I have done , for I have struggled for my life

In the walls of ice, in the thrones of iron, we see a mirror for our times.

We recognize our own world, where too many live for their tribe alone. Where too often, we listen only to those who think, look, and believe as we do.

Where the game seems rigged against open and free exploration. We hear too few dissenting voices, and we consider too few conflicting views. But remember: None of this is inevitable.

We can glorify our own tribe to the exclusion of others. We can build up our walls, and we can cast down those who are different.

Or we can better use the strength in our hearts and the power in our hands.

Our many identities and beliefs: We make these our threads. Our diverse backgrounds and goals: They become our loom.

From this world of differences, we can weave a tapestry of communities.

Weaving…yeah…weaving is hard work, especially when we interlace many into one. Our identities may clash. Our beliefs diverge. We disagree over where we want to go. We argue about the best way to get there.

But when – together – we embrace the challenge, the cloth of human understanding grows more resilient. We craft something stronger by far…by far than iron thrones and walls of ice.

when I finally arrived on campus, I was in for a surprise. In fact, I was stunned. I had never before in my life felt poor. As a scholarship student, suddenly, I was surrounded by people who were so astoundingly rich! I was also fascinated by this and other differences – different faiths, politics, ethnicities, and culture.

And sure, at times it was uncomfortable. There were many moments I just wanted to turn around and go back home to my mother’s warm embrace – and also her great home cooking!

And like every one of you…every one of you, I made the best, most important choice of my life: I would pick up the threads of differences to weave myself a new community.

This would become my cause, my mission, my identity. I had found my purpose, rooted in beloved community.

I was inspired by the work of Dr. Martin Luther King. He called upon us all to embrace inclusion, love, and justice. He preached the soul force of nonviolent protest.

He warned against the perils of tribalism, of clinging to the familiar and holding sacred the status quo.

King famously addressed his…go ahead…h(huán)e famously addressed his “Letter from a Birmingham Jail” not to his jailers, but to his “fellow clergymen.”

He challenged them to reject the status quo. In King’s words, we find the essence of beloved community, recognizing that: “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.”

What is future?Every time I look at the stars in the sky,I ask myself. It's realy a hard question to answer it.The universe is boundless,we don't know where are we from and where shall we go.I stand there,at sea.

Last Sunday, there was a rain of meteors.I went to the belcony towait for their coming.Above my shoulder,it was the wind.Above the wind,it was the sky, huge and blue, with sparkling stars.Suddenly,a shooting star appeared.I hurried to pray for her happiness, staring at it.I wanted to pray for more, but it had already died out.I realised ,future is not carved on the meteors, but it's now, around us.

When a fortune-teller look at your palm, she'll tell you how your future will be like. That's a way you place your hope on.But it's not realistic. The future is the things and people around you. What you should do is to try to do everything well, don't care much about the results.Be kind to all the people around you,and love them.Although the world is not full of love, the life is not a bed of rose, you should sdick on your belief. When time passes, you'll find everything you do is worthwhile.

Years is glorious.Because no way you can stop time from elasping. How time flies!Just like the flowers in spring, the sunshine in summer, the moon in mid-autumn and the snow in winter.Maybe one morning you'll never wake up,you'll never see the sunrise or the sunset;you'll never see your sweatheart or talk to her, you'll never hear the sound of the nature or wander on the path among the trees, you'll never swim in the lake or climb the mountains.

Time is gold.Every minute is precious. We should make best use of it.Don't waste even one minute.Spend time in working,in laughing,in playing games and in loving.

Each of us has a kite flying in the sky,and we also have a string each.

Children's kite is childhood, the string is grown.

Lovers' kite is love, the string is daily life.

I have a kite,it is called dream, the string in my hands is reality.

The wind which makes kites fly is future.Kites are not free, but we still have power to control them and let them fly higher and higher. The string is in my hands, future is now in my hands.

Future is now, forget the fortune-teller,clench your fists!

        Dear teachers, students:

Hello, everyone! Today, I lecture entitled "the last one leaves." With regard to protection of the environment is very important, I think, from a number of leaders of the speech to appeal to the masses, from the present of you locked the eyebrows and then to our theme of this lecture - "green." Read the famous American writer O. Henry novel "last leaf" who, presumably still remember these words: "When the last one, when the leaves fall, and their lives are over, I have to leave this world gone. ... Love life painter John Simon, is suffering from pneumonia and the brink of big time-limited, "she gently grabbed the hands of the world's growing weakness, she would really like a soft, delicate leaves, as with the Feng cold late autumn, Gone away. "

Today, more and more territory to see the bad bad, maybe we will finally understand that the last one leaves the fate of mankind will be taken away, never to be alarmist. But we are also pleased to see that our government has to implement sustainable development strategies, while also promulgated more than 10 Environmental Protection Act, 200 a number of environmental standards.

          O. Henry is a clever writer with "an O. Henry-style ending," is famous for, then the last one does not withered leaves, brings a new patient peril. I think we will create another Europe Henry-style ending, usher in the human newborn. Do nothing and die, was never the choice of human beings, human beings already awakening, they will take action before the crisis, seize the historic opportunity to turn pressure into motivation to defend the green, to protect our common homeland. To face the reality, we meet the challenge, look to the future, we are confident.

My speech is finished, thank you all.

        Dear teacher and classmates:

I am very glad to make a speech here in this class again!

This time, I'd like to talk something about English.I love English. English language is now used everywhere in the world.

It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. Learning English makes me confident and brings me great pleasure. When I was seven, my mother sent me to an English school. At there, I played games and sang English songs with other children .

Then I discovered the beauty of the language, and began my colorful dream in the English world.Everyday, I read English following the tapes. Sometimes, I watch English cartoons.

On the weekend, I often go to the English corner. By talking with different people there, I have made more and more friends as well as improved my oral English.I hope I can travel around the world someday. I want to go to America to visit Washington Monument, because the president Washington is my idol.

Of course, I want to go to London too, because England is where English language developed. If I can ride my bike in Cambridge university, I will be very happy.I hope I can speak English with everyone in the world. I'll introduce China to them, such as the Great Wall, the Forbidden City and Anshan.I know, Rome was not built in a day.

I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

Students, guests , teachers and Honorable Judges.

          Good morning !

my great pleasure to share my dream with you today. my dream is to become a teacher....

As the whole world has its boundaries, limits and freedom coexist in our life. I don’t expect complete freedom, which is impossible. I simply have a dream that supports my life.

I dream that one day, I could escape from the deep sea of thick schoolbooks and lead my own life. With my favorite fictions, I lie freely on the green grass, smelling the spring, listening to the wind singing, breathing the fresh and cool air and dissolve my soul in nature at last. Simple and short enjoyment can bring me great satisfaction.

I dream that one day the adults could throw their prejudice of comic and cartoon away. They could keep a lovely heart that can share sorrow and happiness with us while watching cartoon or doing personal things. That’s the real communication of heart to heart.

I have the belief that my dreams should come true. I am looking forward to some day coming when I am like a proud eagle, which flies to the blue and vast sky.

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude to me is more important than facts.

It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what the other people think, say,or do.

It is more important than the appearance, the giftedness or skill.

It will make or break a company,a church ,a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day, regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.

We cannot change our past.We cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way.We cannot change the inevitable.

The only thing we can do is play on the one stage we have. And that is our attitudes.

I am convinced that life is ten percent what happens to me ,and ninety percent how I react to it.And so it is with you.

We are in charge of our attitudes.

As many of you may know, I am a first-generation college graduate – I’m proud of it. My family had very little money. We lived in a small town.

And try as I might to fit in, I always felt like an outsider and often was treated as one. My father was an immigrant, and the only person around who spoke with a strong foreign accent. In elementary school, I was the only Jewish girl.

And…and one day – I remember this vividly – in fifth grade, I learned just how easily false stereotypes about minorities can arise.

That’s when another blond-haired, blue-eyed girl moved into my class. My best friend Diane took one look, turned to me, and said, “Oh! She must be Jewish, too!”

My hometown may not have understood or celebrated diversity, but it treated me and my family respectfully.

I never took that for granted given my father’s escape from Nazi Germany. My parents even joined with others in neighboring towns to create the first synagogue.

Wonderfully…wonderfully…wonderfully dedicated and caring teachers helped prepare me for college. And I couldn’t wait to go.
