         。2)言語(yǔ)常識(shí)不等于言語(yǔ)運(yùn)用。語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)法、詞匯等只歸于言語(yǔ)的結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)。語(yǔ)音、語(yǔ)法、詞匯等是言語(yǔ)運(yùn)用的預(yù)備,但不等于言語(yǔ)運(yùn)用。

          (3)言語(yǔ)教育的意圖應(yīng)該是言語(yǔ)運(yùn)用,而不是言語(yǔ)常識(shí)的把握。

          二、前進(jìn)教師本身的本質(zhì)。

          前進(jìn)教師本身本質(zhì)是施行本質(zhì)教育的要害。教師在教育中,年復(fù)一年,屆復(fù)一屆地教授著相同的內(nèi)容,很簡(jiǎn)單構(gòu)成固定的思想方法,許多常識(shí)也會(huì)逐步忘記。作為“授業(yè)”和“解惑”者的教師,應(yīng)該是一個(gè)自覺(jué)的終身學(xué)習(xí)者,在學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐中不斷展開(kāi)立異。假如教師能把自己的`學(xué)問(wèn)與所教的內(nèi)容融會(huì)貫通,講堂教育活動(dòng)就會(huì)變得生動(dòng)而風(fēng)趣,學(xué)生易于了解,樂(lè)于承受,輕松自然地獲取新的常識(shí)。

          三、注重師生關(guān)系,激活講堂氣氛

          四、作業(yè)評(píng)語(yǔ)與講堂用語(yǔ)是英語(yǔ)教育的兩個(gè)要素。

          在新授環(huán)節(jié),討論、對(duì)話的形式引出新單詞—講述有關(guān)星期知識(shí),明白新單詞—采用不同形式讀學(xué)習(xí)新單詞—同桌認(rèn)讀練習(xí)新單詞—拍手歌鞏固新單詞—找規(guī)律寫(xiě)單詞—歌曲唱出新單詞。無(wú)不體現(xiàn)由淺到深,由易到難。在結(jié)束課堂環(huán)節(jié),布置的作業(yè)體現(xiàn)“下要保底,上不封頂”原則,一是讓學(xué)生會(huì)寫(xiě)七個(gè)單詞,二是讓學(xué)生把今天的收獲說(shuō)給父母聽(tīng)。

          二、評(píng)價(jià)體現(xiàn)科學(xué)性。

          “好言一句三冬暖,惡語(yǔ)傷人六月寒,”學(xué)生在英語(yǔ)方面樹(shù)立的自信心很脆弱,需要老師的細(xì)心呵護(hù),不是沒(méi)有優(yōu)秀的學(xué)生,而是教師缺少一雙善于發(fā)現(xiàn)的眼睛。教師要善于發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生的優(yōu)點(diǎn),及時(shí)給予鼓勵(lì),教師要善待學(xué)生的不足,及時(shí)給予鼓勵(lì),但要注意度的把握在評(píng)價(jià)性語(yǔ)言方面體現(xiàn)科學(xué)性,不要?jiǎng)硬粍?dòng)就“very good”,另外要針對(duì)問(wèn)題本身,針對(duì)學(xué)生回答情況,要“量體裁衣,”不能是good, you did very well。 Best,等簡(jiǎn)單重復(fù)。還有我們要善于利用肢體語(yǔ)言表達(dá)情感,一個(gè)人心的微笑,一個(gè)贊許的大拇指,一個(gè)認(rèn)可的點(diǎn)頭,一個(gè)鼓勵(lì)的眼神同樣也會(huì)起到潛移默化的作用。

          三、打好地基,注重單詞教學(xué)

          只要打好堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ),才能蓋起摩天大樓,學(xué)生只有把單詞掌握扎實(shí)才能很好地達(dá)到運(yùn)用的高度;只有把基礎(chǔ)做實(shí)、做厚,才能拓展延伸。在英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中,我們強(qiáng)調(diào)聽(tīng)說(shuō)領(lǐng)先,讀寫(xiě)跟上,但往往是讀寫(xiě)跟不上。因此教學(xué)中,我安排了大量讀的練習(xí)和寫(xiě)的練習(xí)。

          四、利用歌謠識(shí)記單詞,事半功倍。

          在單詞教學(xué)中,我除了運(yùn)用實(shí)物、圖片、簡(jiǎn)筆畫(huà)外,歌謠運(yùn)用的'也很多,歌謠膾炙人口,通過(guò)教師自編的歌謠,會(huì)讓學(xué)生讀起來(lái)瑯瑯上口,很容易記住單詞,我認(rèn)為這也是我這節(jié)課的一個(gè)優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

          在教學(xué)中也存在一些問(wèn)題,如時(shí)間上的安排還欠妥當(dāng),抽學(xué)生說(shuō)的面還不夠廣,對(duì)學(xué)生的評(píng)價(jià)是注意了,但最后沒(méi)有落實(shí)到位等等,這還有待于我在今后的教學(xué)中去改進(jìn)。
